SERVICES and PRICES

Advocacy and Training packages are developed on a case by case basis and vary in services as well as cost depending on the needs of the client. The packages are discussed and created as part of your free consultation that will also include comments and suggestions from our advocate, on how a parent should proceed in the IEP/504 process. 

All fees are flat rate and secure our Advocacy Services from the time of payment until an accepted IEP/504. Some sample service packages are below.

Our fees on training packages are covered through the Indiana Medicaid Waiver Program.

Advocacy Services
Package price ranges from $1000-$2000
*Price dependent on case/returning client

  • Instruction on "the language" and process of special education

  • Educational Acronym cheat sheet

  • IEP Binder building

  • Learning how to draft communications to the school and document conversations

  • Instruction and training on each part of the IEP document and how to participate in its creation

  • Recognizing and writing meaningful Specially Designed Instruction

Returning Client Annual Advocacy Services
Package Price $1500

  • Secures all advocacy services for the entire school year

  • Includes Meeting attendance 

  • This is available for returning clients only.
